1.1 Products purchased from Beryl CNC are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was purchased, with all original packaging intact.

 

Return Process:

2.1 If you would like to initiate a return, you can do so by filling out the contact form on our website or by emailing returns@berylcnc.com.

2.2 Please provide the following information when submitting a return request:

– Order number

– Product name and quantity

– Reason for the return

– Your contact information (name, email address, and phone number)

2.3 Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with further instructions.

2.4 You are responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer at your own expense. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Refund or Exchange:

3.1 Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.

3.2 If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 10 business days.
