We can ship your parts in as little as 24 hours for materials we have in stock.
We can turn almost any material for your desired parts! To get the fastest turnaround time, we suggest the following stocked materials:
- 303 Stainless
- 12L14 or 1144 Steel
- 6061 Aluminum
- C36000 Brass
- 110 Copper
- Clear Acrylic
- Acetal
For fastest turnaround time, we suggest the following tightest tolerances and sizes:
- OD +/- 0.0005″
- OAL +/- 0.002″
Tighter tolerances may increase lead times.
Our CNC turning services are geared toward low volume, high mix parts batches. After we make your low volume parts, we will work with our industry partners to quote your high volume manufacturing orders. In many cases, volumes above a few hundred pieces can go to Swiss lathe shops.
